The double bed in my comfort studio was very comfortable. the kitchenette had a fridge with a freezer compartment built in. there was also air conditioning. This was essential.
the cleaning products used in the rooms had a very strong smell that lingered all day.

The location was convenient to the train station. The room had a kitchenette, and this was useful. The staff were helpful when I needed something. The room was spacious and clean.
The mattress felt lumpy and could use an upgrade. There was a single window in the room, and one of the light switches was not working. The room lacked light. I also didn't find any English channels on the television.

The room featured a good-sized bathroom (it made getting ready easier). The staff proved both helpful and friendly, a definite plus.
The room's deep cleaning was not up to par (I noticed some areas needing attention). Sound isolation was an issue. I could hear street noise from the fourth floor.

the room size was excellent, even better than expected. i really appreciated how super clean and cozy the beds were. i found the laundry facilities to be a huge bonus (definitely useful for a longer stay). the super nice team and friendly.
i noticed a slight smell in the hallway (it wasn't a big deal, though).

the hotel provides helpful clothes drying racks (a thoughtful addition). there are also laundry facilities available for guest use. having these amenities makes longer stays particularly convenient and comfortable for everyone.

the kitchenette in my room had almost all utensils needed for preparing a small meal. this meant i did not need to eat out all the time, saving me money. it was very convenient to have these simple things.

the hotel is a short walk to gare st jean (around 10 minutes). it is also a reasonable distance to the downtown area and all the sights. i could easily walk to many restaurants.

The hotel is conveniently located. It is a short walk from the train station. The staff spoke both English and French, this was very helpful. The room had a kitchenette and refrigerator. It was useful to have cooking facilities .
The room I had was not as nice as the photos depicted. I found that the walls were quite dirty. I also noticed that the curtain had some stains. It was not very appealing.
